That's not a custom front end..

It's the standard ISOBSO 1992 pt1/section iii front end

Found on any BSO from Argos to Walmart

If you see a BSO with forks on the other way round it is illegal, you must inform the ISOBSO immediately so that no small children/tribbles/LGF's may come to harm from such a badly assembled item
