Mosso carbon fork? Decal removal?

I have a Kona Kilauea 1998 that I'm slowly building up for the summer. I think I want to put a Kona P2 - 410 on it, if I can find. So far no luck.

Looking on ebay I see that Mosso makes a black carbon fork at about the same size, but I think the decals are very FUGLY. Are they easily removed? I like my bikes clean and understated.

Here is a link to someone selling some..

Those decals will be waterslide under clearcoat, I would think - you're stuck with them.

If like the Trigon carbon forks then use 600-800 wet dry paper and gently rubber off like this. Then re lacquer.
