Tyre. Max 2" for soft going. Like the Conti Edge which is not around any more :(

Thanks

Bontrager XR3 . I fitted a pair last weekend and they grip like buggery.
2.1" is more like a 1.9", and only weighs 500gm dead for a tubeless.

Don't do tubeless. Will look see if normal rubber made as well. Thanks :)

The advantage of tubeless is the puncture resistance, ability to run low pressures without pinch flats.

Don't knock it until you have tried it!

Very true! I regarded tubeless with utter contempt until I had a dozen punctures in the space of a few weeks, having hsd none for over a year, but now I wouldn't be without it.
Tyres seem to roll quicker too...

I like the Rocket Ron EVO (they are supposed to be 2.1", but come out at 2") they grip very well and can be used with tubes or tubeless.

My two weigh in @ 452 and 439, I run mine tubeless and they work very well this way.

I tried Rocket Rons. Lovely tyre but they punctured to many times with me.

Looked at the XR3 look very grippy.
