Hi guys,

Just wanted to get this posted up just in case - materially the stuff that was half inched isn't worth a great deal but if the theiving git can be caught fantastic.

I had in my garden a half of a bike as can be seen in the pic and that has been lifted along with a rear wheel. The parts on the frame I can remember were a pair of Outland Pale Red Riser Bars, Zoom Gordo 660 upside down forks, a FSA the pig headset, Promax front hydo brake and a Deore f/mech. The frame had had a nasty blue spray job so not sure of the make. The rear wheel had a LX hub laced to a Mavic 517 V brake rim in a nice shade ot XTR grey -I'll get a pic of the front tommorow just for reference as they so very thoughtfully left that one for me.

I was going to strip it for a couple of the parts before getting shot of the dregs but the real bummer is that the rear wheel was from a practically new wheelse :( .

The theft took place sometime yesterday or today in Ramsgate, Kent.

I'm keeping an eye locally as I think that whoever took it is going to build it up. I'll also keep an eye out on Gumtree and Ebay and a few other places locally as well just in case. So if any other Retrobiker from the East Kent area spots it please give me a heads up.

Has been reported to plod as well, you never know but not expecting any arrests or dawn raids soon.

Cheers

Jules
