Anyone the best/cheapest place to get some, gonna try transform my xc to a tourer for jogle, don't think the road bike comfy for 100 mile a day with panniers and trailer

Ebay, secondhand bike shop?
Just make sure you get the right length or longer steerer and the right size (1", 1 1/8" etc), whether it's threaded or threadless and whether you need v-brake posts or disc brake mounts or both.

On here? Do you need rack mounts? Some carbon jobbies might be the ticket for comfort.
