pro lever parts are starting to get rare now, CRC have almost nothing. i would suggest having a look to find who were/are hopetech dealers, a list should be on hope's website. the hopetech dealers have parts boxes of spares and i bet a few will still have some somewhere, they'll just need tracking down.
where are you based? the shop i used to run in southampton may have some pro parts left as they have parts boxes.
