Halo Spin Doctor Rear Hubs

Anyone have any experience with the above? Bought one without bearings a while ago and got the bearings specified on the Halo tech sheet 6200 for the non-drive side and 6000 for the drive side. Non-drive side is fine but I'm struggling with the drive side. the 6000 bearing is either a fraction too big (if it's meant to fit right into the hub) or a fair bit too small (if it's meant to sit where it's sitting just now). I know bearings aren't meant to just drop in but even so I'm not sure I can see this one fitting.

Other potential issue - is a 6000 RS2 bearing any different from a 6000 series bearing?

Anyone able to shed any light on this for me?

With the bearing - it's probably 1-2mm too big to fit into what looks like the natural place for it.

Yeah, that's the same as the one on the Halo website. Just wondered if anyone had experienced the same issue as me.

i recently changed the bearings in my spin doctor hub and they were a bit of a ball ache to fit but i leathered the granny out of it with a rubber mallet and they went in. also i used a small amount of grease to help them in. also the RS code on the bearing is to do with the seal i think!

On the freehub side where should the bearing sit? Is it a lot smaller than the the drive side and sits right back in the recess towards the centre of the hub? Or is it larger than that and sits further out towards the outside?

I'm really confused. The hub is definietly a Spin Doctor, the bearing I save is definitely a 6000, but it's definitely too big to fit in the recess, no amount of leathering is gonna get it in there.

RS stand for rubber seal i believe so 2RS is just rubber seal each side.

I have the front hub of this and the bearings went in without too much trouble.
