 Post subject: pressing bearings

hi all, my kona stinky needs all new bearings and i can see it being a ball ache of a job. question is would an arbor press be suitable for pressing new bearings in? thanks :D

I have used a hammer and various sized sockets with sucessfull results.

sticking the bearings in the fridge or freezer helps as well
