Would you consider repairing a cracked seat stay? It's a very nice, very light KLEIN Q Pro Carbon and I bought it for $160. The seller said it was only paint chip but when I got home and did the "tap" check (using an old dull steak knife
, boom!, it was a crack. And no, it does not have the original fork. I do have one on my '01 Quantum Pro (tapered) and it should work perfectly. Watcha guys think? I already called the seller and told him I was going to return it. He still insisted it was not a crack. I need a decision asap or within 6 pm tomorrow CST. Here it is. The crack did not go all the way around, it's just what you are viewing.
