Never seen those before - they could be quite fun in a really tacky kinda way.

I wonder if they are legal though - don't bike lights etc need to be of a certain standard?

Yup, those could be fun. However not that useful if your tyres are a lot wider than your rims.

There are standards but not realy any of them are enforced heavily at least in the uk.
