Think I've found the bike's owner.
I believe it was made in the Cubo-futurism period (which actually means it should be in the pre 1915 section).

I thought that also, it is really quite complex - unless it is just recycled girder.

Maybe they're apprentice welders projects. Taiwanese welders are pretty good but they all have to start somewhere :wink:

Also Cross (bike company) bikes are coming on leaps and bounds in quality etc
