Looks a bit like a Scott to me, one of the older fx or g zero or something like that?

purely speculation but looks like loads of cheap parts with miss leading stickers. cranks aren't race face and wheels don't look like mavics.

frame looks like a cross/ammaco/santana delete as appropriate.

Looks similar to a Mongoose Teocali or whatever they are called.

Looks plain wrong with the bottom bracket that high. Is that purely due to the wrong shock?

I'm pretty sure its a cheapo brand but functional so I think BSO is a bit unfair. I have seen it before on one of those discount bike websites I'm sure.
Boss, Crosse, Shogun, Baracuda or some such :?
