i have a old blackburn rack that i have had for many years, im running a kona shred with disc brakes, has the eyelets on the chainstays and i have a set of p clips for the top, would it be possible

possible with a bit of bending, also need a small section of tubing about 30mm long with a 4/5mm bore. the tube acts as a spacer to get round the calliper. oh and you'll need a longer bolt too.
