Probably caused controversy in the title thread without intending to do so but wondering what options there are for post 98 non boutique/custom but high end steel - IF and Dekerf come easily to mind but what else?

Jamis Dragon.

One of my favourite ever frames.

Older ones seem to be like hen's teeth right now, I am on the hunt for one!

I think the curved seat tube puts it firmly in the Boutique camp, or camp boutique...

That is on my short list of bikes for my 40th next year.

I want British built, probably Reynolds 853 tubing, works with a modern 120mm fork & disc brake with the ability to have the frame tweaked from std to almost replicate my Clockwork's geometry (and most probably fillet brazed... if I can afford it...)

Most (all?) of his bikes are pure "riders" (as are his customers  ). More craftmanship and style than Camp or Boutique to me.
The curved seattube is on customer request, he builds full custom.
