Has anyone got one of these?

I have read up on them and there some great reviews for it...
Take for instance Bikeradar http://bit.ly/nn1v91

It's probably a Merida underneath the Carrera branding and paintwork anyway....

For £550 can I go wrong, What are your thoughts??

Pretty sure my brother has one of these, it looks really similar. Good bike as it goes, decent spec for what you pay.

Still a carerra though, but I think they are starting to turn out a few reasonable bikes lately, based on the little nosey I had in Halfords the other day. Maybe they will make it into the mainstream, like skoda's did

Werent they almost mainstream originally?
Before they went almost BSO? :?

The fury is a pretty good bike.
Frame is essentially the same as the vulcan but is butted differently most likely and the wlds are smotthed out or intenally welded.
These are made in the exact same factory as the voodoos that halfords sell also.

I think the wheels are a complete letdown though (if its the ones im thinking of).
They use the wheels throughout the whole range i think  even on the banshees.
