Shock mounting hardware?

So whats the deal with shock mounting hardware?

I know some of it is pretty standardised and as such i ahve switched around bushes and hardware to fit the shock i currenty run. But now i have a shock which need hardware i dont have, Rock Shox ario 2.1. Pretty standard but the bolts that go on my frame are to small to fill the holes.

So does anyone make hardwar on here or something for some beer tokens ? (seems the 'official kits' are expensive, used to be a case of getting some one i know to machine me some but he no longer has access to lathes and such).

I know that you can specify what frame/shock combo you have and there should be a kit but its for my club roost frame and finding a kit for that will be highly unlikely.
So any takers?

(quick measurement says eyelets are 9.6mm approx. :? )

i can get access to a lathe, but may not be quick.

Need it asap but the bike is a 'take your time do it properly bike'.
