My absolute 'must have' for an online shop is a telephone number. Any legitimate business has one clearly marked. Velokit is only available for communication by email or post, no number listed anywhere on their website that I can find, including on their T&C page.
I'd suggest this is somebody's 'hobby' business, they most likely have a day job and run this on the side. If not, you have to wonder why they don't advertise a contact number.
