Can Intrincycle not knock anything together seeing how he's into custom alu bike parts? Might be worth a shout??

Gave them a shout and sounds like it'd be a bit pricey. Did someone say they had a CAD of one ready? I could have a word on another forum I use as quite a few engineers and people with access to decent workshops on there.

Easiest way would be to get them laser cut to shape then I can machine them.
At a rough guess the laser cutting and material would be £20, then reaming holes and machining the different 'levels' on the part would be an hour or so, then they would need anodising.

How much would people want to pay?!

I'd imagine it would be a fair more more.
Does anyone have a picture of one from the side to show how much machining it would need?
