External BB and E-type mech

Hi All

Never had an E-type front mech before, are there any problems/potential problems fitting one with an external BB :?:

Probably a really dumb question

no problems at all

If I remember right the E mount acts as a BB spacer so

if you have a 68mm BB shell it's one spacer on each side of the BB shell with an E type front mech

if it's a 73mm BB shell no spacers with an E type front mech

but I've only had one coffee this morning, so my mind is not firing on all 4 cylinders yet, so I'd check the manual just to be sure
