Top Pull vs Bottom Pull

Hi guys,

It appears that my frame will take either top or bottom pull front mech.

Is there any actual advantage in one over the other, or should I use 'other factors' when deciding which to buy?

I'm actually starting to get some of the bits together now wooHoo.
 
Go for top pull: the cable is a little less exposed to crud and you can fit a crudcatcher without interfering with it.

I also think top cable routing looks better but that's just my taste.
