I bought some from the local market for a fiver.They are fine and give a reasonable cut,certainly clean and fray free.
Unfortunately i had to snip out a hub and after 36[typical]spokes,and as a result its a bit nicked along its cutting edge.Still usable but not the best of cut now.

Identical to these,and most of the cheap ones[pedro ,ice toolz etc]

Had my Park ones for ages and they cut through anything still. Still in the box languishing in the bottom of my toolbox.

i use facom side cutters with lifetime warranty so if they get a dead spot i can just swap them for new , they have also cut through 6mm steel cable :shock: 8)
