I've got one on the Curtlo Singlepseed, works a treat. Somehow the separate unit works better for me than the USE stems with an integrated Ring go star.

Oh, and I lost the steerer tube bung ...... anyone got a spare one in black?

Enjoy!!

I have a USE Atom stem on my RC303, which has the same system.

Idea is it will save the weight of the star-fangled washer and make bearing preload easier. All of which it does. But there's not much margin for error with your spacers/steerer length.

I've got a cheaper rival to that, needs 2 headset spanners to set up before locking with the alan bolt. More hassle than the star nut in my opinion but the posted system may be better.
