seeing the video of the car being blocked in by bikes i can kinda understand what happend, it may sound crazy to us but in brazil a lot of people live in fear or carjacking and robbery. the most likley time for it to happen is at traffic lights or junctions. the town where i use to live turned off traffic lights in some areas at night so you dont have to stop.
i can imagin being surounded at night in your car would be prity intimadating. though not condoning his actions theres a big differance betwwen europe and brazil and i guess this is what he will clame in court. :?
