put it between the frame and BB cup, Screw cup in..

Total guess mind.. :lol:

Loos like the same deal at those weird e-bb's..

yeah but there is 3 small screws with them and apparantly ones with different distances between the screw holes.
What the hell do i screw into?The BB :lol:

That guide is for a frame which has ISCG tabs. It may fit as a bb mount but not guaranteed. You can get ISCG adaptors to fit a non iscg frame though. They are mounted behind the bb cup then the iscg guide screws into that.
I'd just get a bb mounted guide.

yep, that's about it! :)
if you have an external BB leave out a chainset side spacing washer when you refit it

do you know what BB shell width you have?
are you going with external or standard (square taper etc.)?
