Tf tuned dust and oil seals £21.00 i think.
No air only go in the 2007 world cup solo Air.
There should just be the internals and springs , you need the 32mm seal kit.
Go to any motor bike shop and buy 5wt oil about £7.00 for a litre rocoil , were tf tuned have the cheek to charge £15.00 for this.
Also super slick grease goes on the inside of the dust seal and a very very small amount.

Take some pics of the internals buddy

just use and old towel or something like that , and the areosol degreaser.
Also when painting the forks stuff the inside of the legs with bog roll or something , i used old socks LOL!
As you don't want overspray in there

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Do not get them powder coated , as magnesium and 200 degrees do not mix.
I got some 888 lowers powder coated and the went soft at the arch and bent and snapped before i even built them.
I still have them if you want pics.
Go to a car body repair place , or a stove enameler , or argos racing cycles.
Also extreme heat will distort the bushings.
