Yup, frame is built around the gearbox, IIRC a couple of manufacturers have done prototype frames for this gearbox.

It does look very nice and will be of a very high quality I would assume, it will also be bloody expensive, you can guarantee that!

Only downside is that you won't be able to retrofit one like you can with most other internal gear systems
 
Agree, you have to be very dedicated, read on their site the gearbox incl. chainring weights 2.7 kg........ a bit on the heavy side of the spectrum for CC use. Still I'm happy to see people putting effort in geaboxes like these....... it will be the future of cycling, mark my words ;)
 
2.7 doesnt sound to bad - my Alfine 11 is 2.2ish when you include the shifter, mounting kit and sprocket. the weight would be better placed in the more central possition with this system to.
