Cleaning up an Orange EVO 2 frame.

I have taken apart my EVO2 bike with the intent of renvating the frame.

Its a 2003 bike and the frame is just aluminium with Laquer over it. The laquer has cracked and peeled and become an eyesore.

I want to remove all the remaing laquer, polish the frame and re-laquer. What is the best way do this and where can I get Orange evo2 transfers and orange badges from?

I have never done this before so I really have not got a clue as to the best way.

No one got any advice? The frame is sitting arround doing nothing at the moment.

Use Nitromors to remove the laquer. There are tons of posts about polishing aluminium on here if you do a search (I've never tried it so I can't help you there). There are a couple of people on here that do decals - gil_m is one of them, might be worth pm'ing him. Another option might be to contact Orange, they seem like the sort of company that would be able to supply old decals. I know they supply some decal sets with the headtube badge, so they might have the ones you want as well.
