So i'm sat up last night, bit tiddly, watching Jools on the beeb, clock strikes 12 and I resolve to get out on my bikes more(as you do).
So got up this morning and went straight out, amazed I didn't have a hangover :D
2 loops of my local 41/2 mile loop, feel really good, might do it again this afternoon :D
Best ride of 2011

Good start to the year. Start how you mean to proceed :D

I put a 7.5k run in and then a quick stint on the turbo trainer.

Nice one GG! Bikes looking good too. Might I suggest as an incentive logging your rides in the log your rides thread? Nice job too EoB!

I've got a rapid rise rear mech as well and I like it. Where is that track you were on relative to the Waun Wyllt and the Swiss valley cycle path?

Well done for getting out!
