Hi guys so were is your fevourite trail centree in the UK?
I have been to most of them i think and a couple stand out for diffrent reasons, 1st being Golspie Wildcat trails at the VERY TOP of Scotland for being the longest technical uphill climb in the UK and also the longest decent in the UK has a great mix of everything
2nd being Kirroughtree 1 of the 7 stanes as it has some great parts in the black section up top and the Moab CHUTE is great even on a hardtail, has anyone completed the the Moab without a dab? i couldnt do it, quit tricky actually and leg bursting in parts

haven't done the scottish stuff yet, planning for next summer but i quite often do wales trips.

bearing in mind i live in southampton i try and break up the driving by starting from home early, going to afan and riding something there, a mix of whites level and skyline usually, then drive north to dolgellau and stay over night, then ride coed y brenin, then stay another night then ride there again then return home.

these trails i like as they seem to flow quite well and the visitor centres are good with showers and cafe's available aswel as bike shops to have a sniff in!

here is a facebook link of my most recent ride there with by mate adam, he was riding my clockwork and i was on my ST4, and believe it or not but this was only november!!

Whinlatter is cool too i must admit, we once did the ( North ) loop i think it is at the other side of the road to the cafe and got to the top and decided it would be boring to ride down the actual trail so we cut down the moor to the footpath that takes you up the very high hill near mountain just across the valley behind you when you reach the summit of the trail, and you see an amazing footpath running straight down the ridge, it took around 30mins to ride/push up to the top but was well worth it loads of jumps catch you out bits and rocks to negotiate, and it is around 2.5 mile long decent.
