yes, i have seen a few of these modern 'fenders' out and about and I fail to see the great mudguard-ness of the various designs.

They supposedly stop mud flying up from the front wheel, and into your eyes.

Just bought a Neoguard so it had better work :|

They do work apparently. Never tried them myself, yet.

I'm just wondering if they'll be any good on reverse-arch forks (manitous) as that's what I've got.

I'm running a Magura Wotan with a double arch 8) So when it finally arrives and I have a chance to try it I'll post my feedback on both arches.
