damn booster would hit my frame at long travel on my mount vision so..................................

I have some plastid trim to glue on the edge and hey presto. :D

It will look neat enough and will still stop my stays bending out so I am happy :D

Obviously not an engineer then? That booster is now just useless decoration and will have no rigidity at all.

Funny that I have fitted it and it makes a difference that I can see :wink:

What other option is there,the booster hits the seat tube so what would you suggest :?: ......cant see any other way to cure the issue :?

Well, you will have weakened the booster somewhat by taking a bite out of it, but I'd guess it should still work fairly well.
What you need is some kind of low profile brake booster, either modify one? Or have one made?
