Need help identifying a dual sus mountain bike frame.

Hello all. Ive been offered the frame in the picture and the chaps telling me that its a specialized but ive never seen one like it. So if any one out there knows what it is could you tell me. I dont want to buy it if itds rubbish but it does look well. Thanks in advance for any help.

Although after looking at it again, it looks as if it may be an AC copy....

I know all the parts on it are rubbish. He swears it is a spesh but im sure it isnt. He wants £50 for it so may be taking a chance. any more help grately appreciated.

If your pal swears it is a spesh, ask him can he prove it, or who told him before you shell out fifty, as like you said you don't want to buy rubbish.

But for some reason, Haro came to my mind, but others are right, that mech stuff looks awfully cheap for a spesh or even anything other than a something style bike. Rear mech from what I can see, looks to be the £6 Shimano sis common to many catalogue type bikes.

Furthermore, a spray over if it is sprayed over in black was back in my day indicative of a nicked bike.

Oh, and BTW, if your feeling it isn't what your pal says it is, go with your gut feeling, for those things are usually right.

I dont acctualy know the chap it just up for sale. He says that it was his brothers frame and when he got it it said specialised on it. Im pretty certain itas not now so i think ill leave it. I dont want to buy some scroats nicked chite.

the one thing it 100% is not, is a Specialized...

but for £50 gotta be worth it. cheap bits maybe, but with minimal work it'll be a very usable bike.

Looks like a copy of an AC or similar.

It's 100% rubbish and you can be sertain of that.
