Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried these cheap Chinese IXF cranks you get off eBay and the likes. I'm curious about them, I fancy trying a set and just wanted to know if anyone has a set to get your opinions? Cheers Rob

I'd rather buy the Spa Cycles own brand cranks - available in lots of lengths and a total steal at £25. I've bought several over the years, the quality is excellent. Add a narrow-wide chainring from Superstar Components in a nice fruity colour.

Do you have a link to the spa cycles ones. Really it's just a curiosity thing! Cheers

Interested in these too, look like the XT from a few years ago. Claimed weight looks OK too.

The finish on them is really good, can't recommend them highly enough. Bearing in mind the problems people get with external BB setups being tetchy on tolerancing I'd steer clear of the Chinese stuff.
