just did this on my B17, IS Hope mini monos onto PM forks using a Hope adapter.
Only real complication was that it bumps up the rotor by +20mm, in my case from 180 to 200, which caused a few problems (namely the wheels were centrelock and they go in 203mm flavour, so i changed the wheels) but nothing that can't be overcome

I found theses a while ago when I was after something else, they do one that keeps the same disc size. Just read the disclaimer.
