Didn't think I was that much of a hard hitter. Never broke a frame in my 25 years of riding! Whyte aren't interested in warranty either :(

potential dumb question, did you buy it new yourself?

if so then it should be in warranty assuming they deem it hasn't been "abused" in some way. if you bought it second hand then you have no warranty and ATB sales the owner of the brand are very by the book in these cases.
