carbon post slippage

I've not used one in the flesh, but it should add some friction on there without crimping the carbon.
It's only adding rubber o-ring friction to the system, so still possibly prone to sliding.

Personally I always use carbon assembly paste and haven't had a problem.
Does post slippage occur more in carbon frames? I don't have any...

i've been lucky always had parts that can take me doing them up. But good to see what sharing items has thrown up from others. I don't think slippage occur more with carbon frames. Thats a good picture. I was looking for a picture like that.
 
Same here...I couldn't work out how it was supposed to work from KCNC's own pictures of the thing.
It gets squeezed by the seat clamp and add to the friction.

Probably helps keep the water out a bit, too.
