Yep move on but never check, that would be like cleaning a Hope hub and looking for cracks.
They are no trouble if you don't notice they are there ;-)

I hope so. Fingers crossed I can get it built up by the end of the week. Might need to source a saddle that suits the build, but I've got one that will do for now. Just the brakes sort (hoses way too long, I can't fathom how big a bike they came from must have been), fit a chain and set up the gearing and it should all be done.
 
As im sure you kniw, you can fit rear hose after shortening it on the front ao just neex to buy one new hose for the rear.


So after securely fitting the mech hanger, is the wheel centred?
 
Yes indeed. New hanger, securely fitted = straight wheel. Swapped the tyre over to a 2.1 as well. Brakes almost done, just the gearing after that.
