Currectly it's just an older bike in a bad condition.

IMO, it looks similar but compared to that picture where he is riding a bike similar to this one, you can clearly see differences.

The main difference is that yours has stickers that are not on his actual bike.
And his bike has stickers that your bike is missing.

Even if it would be his bike, but I honestly don't think so, it would still worth a lot less.
It looks awful. If you make it look like it's new, that's just not original anymore.

I would get in touch with him and hear his words. Probably he has more useful photos, videos.

Apparently it's been for sale on and off for a few years at least, Consensus on Facebook is that it's just too expensive.
The feeling is that it IS an ex-Peaty bike. But it's difficult to be 100% certain.
