Yes this has been up for sale before, and is indeed a 15" frame.

It does seem to be a curiously small size for such a prestigious high end frame, which have been considered somewhat ahead of their time.

The seller documents, ".....in the smaller of the 2 sizes they built it (16"), Kona also made an 18" Score".

We now know that this is incorrect, although the final quantity of the 3 sizes that were built, and the detail surrounding the largest size remain unclear.
