The second year that Kona produced this frame – I have a minty 2000 in 18” that looks a little sexier with its Red and White livery… IMO 
I believe the frame geometry and tubing were identical for both years - Scandium Main Frame with 7005 Easton Elite Rear Stays.
Priced somewhat on the high side – and we have indeed seen the prices of this seller discussed here before.
