so this is for a 6 fter, any plus/minus on that?

Depends on your riding style, really....and remember those are 29" wheels with 2" tyres shown too...with the uncut steerer there's room for manoeuvre up a few inches at the front to make it more upright if needed, the seatpost as picced is about an inch higher than fitted me (my 'style' being very nearly straight-legged and extreme tippy-toes to the ground) so it'll comfortably drop a few inches or more too.
