Re:

Yes, get it in the road section, probably folk there will be interested

As regards your eBay add, I would do a BIN and offers rather than an auction starting at £150

Why would you think the mountain bike section would offer you more than the road section? Unless they are newbies then they are likely not to be trolls.

I see you've listed it twice on ebay before with a £150 start but it did not sell so that might be your first hint that the price your expecting is higher than anyone wants to pay.

Often some confuse rare and old with valueable. To give you a better understanding of what your trying to sell have you tried the road section "what is my xyz worth?" viewtopic.php?f=12&t=46710

Re:

i simply listed in MTB section in error

i do think its worth more than its listed price, except maybe the patina is bringing it down, which doesnt matter so much to me personally

answer you does it?

When a seller always thinks it's worth more than every buyer does, often the bike remains with the seller.

Did you manage to use that how much is my xyz worth link, it may help

no, havent used that, didnt know it existed

it doesnt look good but it feels good

so i guess youre right, it stays with me :)
