I'm going to hazard a guess he has no idea what he's got on his hands. I know he's copied and pasted the spec-list - but this is what it is. A 1999 19" (pretty sure it's not 18") Sandvik Ti Kona Hei Hei. It's still got most of the original kit.
If I were you I'd see what he'll take now and snap it up before someone else does (and he realises it's worth).
