Definitely STS, LTS Thermo's only my was 1996 with the titanium link. Oherwise the LTS Thermo would have a aluminium lug at the steerer....there might also be some other things to point out the differences...

It's a STS 1000DS

It's a later version of the frame - the early versions had an aluminium lug around the head tube. As decay says, the LTS Thermoplastic had the different shaped titanium link - the same as the 95-96 LTS Team.
