The seller got a new frame from Cotic, that's why he has a Cotic box for sending this one ;) . The warranty on these is four years but this one is older than that, so Cotic gave him a new Soul instead.
 
So Cotic let the old one into the market to sully their name and reputation?
This guy may be honest about it but sooner or later some mug is going to find himself riding a poorly repaired death trap.
