Raleigh RSP 500 Trials frame - £45!! Wow!

I had one of these from new it was sent to my local shop to test so was pre flame decals. Great to ride, well built but they're worth nothing now. There was someone selling a couple of iirc nos ones for not much more than that a few years back!
 
Why aren't Raleigh RSP frames worth much these days?
