According to this lad that always asks me if I can get him some green Hope stuff, the green ano is only given to team members, so you have to be sponsored (or presumably work at Hope) to get it. Don't get paying more than double the cost of a new one to look a bit pro, but there you go.

Yeah you have to be sponsored by hope for it. Sure its darn rare but you can still get hold of it (as shown).

I was dubious too.

Watched some new green bar end plugs gor for £100 the other day.
