Klein comp.

Forks are too much travel for the frame. Klein spec'd 80mm travel for those late 90's frames. Will end up with cracked head tube if you run those forks on anything challenging. Besides the geometry looks totally wrong with the forks - bike must handle like a dog. Avoid.

Certainly from an era post-interesting Klein for me, is it not a Pulse?

No, not a re-badged of bodged Pulse - defo an Attitude from 1999/2000 - spot the disc brake mounts. No Pulse came with disc brake mounts as far as I know....
With correct forks and a bit of love would be a quick/responsive bike and better than majority of modern hardtails under a grand for a fraction of the price. Just a shame it has been in the hands of someone trying to make it into something it is not.
