I normaly agree with you brooklander but not on this occasion, I was thinking it seemed quit expensive, that is soooo old and so many changes since then, it is only really an XC frame (120mm) geometry with one of the cheapest shocks money can buy, which is probably original and never been serviced, if it has been he/she probably won't have any proof.

Know where you're coming from mate but my old 2006 5 still rides well so this will have some use. Looks like a Manitou Swinger shock? My old one was pretty good tbh. Bet you can't find a cheaper 5 frame on ebay

I now what you mean but i think if i only had that to spend on a frame i wouldnt bother if it meant haveing such an old frame, im sure you could get a 2 year old shitalised frame for around that money if you looked hard enough.
