Not adding that one to your stable Melv?
In my stable the RidgeRunner is already a worthy representative of the 1989 year 
...but that it is pick up only also plays a role
Miyata did both welding and bonding of aluminium. In several years they were even carried paralel. I like the bonded ones a little more (quirkier, cleaner), but the welding on the welded ones is exceptional.
I do have a welded one: the 1991 TrailRunner.
